Service fees are calculated on the value of the items ordered, according to a decreasing scale that rewards trust placed in the House:

From 0 to €500 is 20%
From €500 to €1,500 is 15%
From €1,500 to €5,000 is 10%
From €5,000 and above is 7%

The higher your selection, the more the House commits to offering you the fairest conditions. This is a mark of consideration, not a commercial mechanism.
