How does the beneficiary use his card?
Whether it's an online purchase or a personalized request, the recipient simply enters their card PIN or sends us their number. Our advisors will then provide personalized support.
What happens if the chosen service exceeds the amount on the card?
The recipient can pay the difference by the means of their choice. Conversely, if the amount is lower, the balance remains available until the card expires.

When purchasing a Maison Arcel Paris gift card, 10% of the purchase amount is retained for processing and personalization fees. Therefore, a card purchased for €100 will offer a usable value of €90 on eligible services or products.
