What happens if the chosen benefit exceeds the card's amount?
The beneficiary may pay the difference using their preferred method. Conversely, if the amount is lower, the remaining balance will be available until the card expires.
what is the actual usable value of the gift card?
When purchasing a Maison Arcel Paris gift card, 10% of the purchase amount is retained for processing and personalization fees. Thus, a card purchased for €100 will offer a usable value of €90 on eligible services or products.
