Yes. The Arcel card is valid for all services and experiences offered by Maison Arcel Paris. Some cards, such as Signature Gift , Héritage Voyage , or Life & Event Coaching , are only valid for the services dedicated to them, according to the conditions specific to each card.
How long is the gift card valid?
All our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This period can be extended upon special request.
Can I give a card to someone living abroad?
Yes. Our cards can be sent internationally, digitally or physically, depending on your preference. However, the available services will depend on the recipient's location.
How does the beneficiary use his card?
Whether it's an online purchase or a personalized request, the recipient simply enters their card PIN or sends us their number. Our advisors will then provide personalized support.
What happens if the chosen service exceeds the amount on the card?
