Anyone who has it simply needs to contact us by phone or via our website.
Our concierge service then personally assists them in choosing the gift they truly wish to offer themselves, according to their desires, wishes or current needs, within the limit of the amount available on the card.
Once the gift is selected in agreement with our team of gift idea experts, we proceed with its purchase ourselves, online or in-store, to ensure a tailor-made and fully supported experience.

Can I use the gift card on all services?
Yes. The Arcel card is valid for all services and experiences offered by Maison Arcel Paris. Some cards, such as Signature Gift , Héritage Voyage , or Life & Event Coaching , are only valid for the services dedicated to them, according to the conditions specific to each card.
How long is the gift card valid?
All our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This period can be extended upon special request.
Can I give a card to someone living abroad?
Yes. Our cards can be sent internationally, digitally or physically, depending on your preference. However, the available services will depend on the recipient's location.
How does the beneficiary use his card?
Whether it's an online purchase or a personalized request, the recipient simply enters their card PIN or sends us their number. Our advisors will then provide personalized support.
What happens if the chosen service exceeds the amount on the card?
The recipient can pay the difference by the means of their choice. Conversely, if the amount is lower, the balance remains available until the card expires.
What is the actual usable value of the gift card?
When purchasing a Maison Arcel Paris gift card, 10% of the purchase amount is retained for processing and personalization fees. Therefore, a card purchased for €100 will offer a usable value of €90 on eligible services or products.
